" FEEDBACK: CUSTOMER SERVICE: When I placed my order and a few days past and no communication came from the company. I called the Hawaii location and found via the internet the location was closed. I left a minimum of 3 phone VM's at an Oregon location. I never received a call back. Net net, customer service needs an overhaul. There should be follow-up via email right away about the progress of an order within 24 hours. If the order has shipped the customer needs a notification via email. However, if you want the customer to obtain order updates/information via their sign-in to the account; that's fine, but the updates need to be typed into the notes field of the account holder. Otherwise, no account update notes in the account drives the customer to call your organization and an employee has to field calls - a waste of an employee's time to answer calls that should have been taken care of by the information inputted/managed in the customer's account through the I/T system purchased for your company. CHAT LIVE SUPPORT FEATURE: I logged into my account with frequent regularity to check on my order, especially when I was not getting any communication from the company. (You can check my log-in's as administrator to your system) In the times I accessed your website, the Chat Live Support was online ONCE. If the website cannot be staffed with online support 24/7 - get rid of it. An online chat feature that is not available weakens your brand. An online chat feature that is not available actually makes your company appear as if it is closed. PRODUCTS: I purchased 2 caps and a package of chia tea. The caps were the driver of the products I ordered. Your company name "Hula Girl Cigars" is catchy, fun and an awesome attention getter. I ordered thee caps to wear on a vacation to New York City. Unfortunately they didn't arrive on time. I "think" my purchase was July 23rd. They arrived August 5th or 6th. We left for vacation on August 4th. That hidden pocket in the cap is cool. I bought 2 caps, could not tell the difference between them on the website per the product descriptions, but I figured it out - one had a 3-D logo and the other did not. It's things like this that your site is missing. You have to help the customer a bit. Your site was easy to navigate and checkout was easy. You have a really good website, just needs some easy tweaks. I like unique caps and yours fits the definition. I do not mind promoting a brand - you lost out on a lot of free advertising in NYC. We have not tried the tea yet. As for cigars, I love cigars, but I'll have to wait before ordering them as I have a teenager at home and I'd rather not light up around him yet. SHIPPING: When the products shipped it appears they arrived to me very timely by reverse checking ship dates to arrival times. Using the disabled group to pack/ship items is a super idea and you need to promote that aspect on your website. That alone is a well deserved pat on the back to you. Good job! Let your customers know! Put it out there on your website - I did not see it. If your shipping is slowed or delayed due to having this group perform the service, explain that it takes a day or two longer, but you are looking to provide opportunities to the disabled and you want to work with them in a meaningful and productive way and you hope your customers understand your position. (Goodness, customers will appreciate this humanitarian effort - I do.) ME: I know everything I wrote above can help change your company for the better if you want to look into these areas. I am a 32 year retired private industry employee and 23 of those years of service to the largest privately held company in the U.S. and maybe the world - over 150,000 employees worldwide. This company spends 10's of million's of dollars each year on customer service surveys, consulting groups, product marketing groups, image groups, employee survey's, social media surveys, supplier survey's, on and on and on, just to ensure that the company is doing things correctly. I know what I am talking about in the above paragraphs. Your brand alone can catch an eye and I think you have great products - so far. You must turn around that customer service area if you want customers and repeat customers. Your customers need a pleasant "experience" and not a cluster. " Fred, Thanks for asking for the feedback. I've been purchasing your freeze-dried coffee for many years, mostly in the 1.75 oz packages through your site or Amazon (which has been less expensive). This time, because neither you or Amazon had the 6 or 12 pack, I decided to go with the 10#. I've been pleased thus far (although there is a small after taste in the coffee that I've not noticed in the coffee before) with one exception: the picture and description of the product was not correct / misleading. The picture denoted coffee coming out of a glass container, and there was nothing on the product description that stated it came in a plastic bag. Because of this, I assumed (and we all know what assume means...) that the coffee would come is a glass jar suitable for storing. When the coffee came in the plastic bag, we were very surprised, and we had to purchase a vacuum sealer kit to store the coffee. I sent an email reporting these issues to Jhules. I was told that the description stated it came in a plastic bag (it did not). Immediately following my email, the picture and description were changed to reflect the plastic bag. This was the only issue (other than the slight after taste) that I had with the order. I will still continue to purchase your coffee as I think it's the best freeze-dried out there and we don't want to go to drip systems, but was disappointed at the problems that I had with this.
